Trash Pickup:

image Since Spring Ranch is outside the city limits, it is up to each homeowner to contract a provider for trash pickup.

Electricity:

image United Cooperative Services provide electric service to the homes in Spring Ranch. Please contact them at 817-447-9292, or contact them HERE to visit their website.

Water:

 Each home in Spring Ranch has a private well, so there is no water bill! We do recommend the following voluntary watering restrictions.

Watering Schedule
Residential addresses ending in an even number (0, 2, 4, 6, or 8) may water on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Residential addresses ending in an odd number (1, 3, 5, 7 or 9) may water on Thursdays and Sundays.
Please Note: No outdoor watering between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., even on allowed watering days.
